I have a Ford Explore 4.0 1994 I had placed the on and it did change the MV ,  But after I leaned it up the check engine light comes on and it starts to smoke out the back because its too rich even with the leaned all the way.  Seems something is now overiding the O,2,s  to make them tell the computer to use more gas because of the it is now getting.   Any ideas where the other sensors may be or what to do next about it?

Randy,

 Can you check the voltage coming out the map/maf labeled wire?

Tell me the reading with it in factory setting and enhanced all the way to rich.
