In this post I will be adding installation procedures for different types of vehicle. Make sure to check back periodically for updates.

Note: If you have an installation that you want to share, please contact us with the specs and we will post it in the site.

Vehicle Info:

Owner: Rovier - City: Miami, FL US
Year: 2004 - Make: Acura - Model: TL - Engine:  3.2-liter V-6
The Generator was installed in the right front fender a stainless steel plate was used as a mounting bracket and as the ground for the unit. The bottom terminal of the Generator was used as the positive. The temperature of the unit stays low due to the good air flow passing through that area. The was installed close to the radiator for easy access and finally the injection was installed in the air filter case. Owner has reported gains of up to 48mpg.

Vehicle Info:

Owner: Bruno - City: Lehigh Acres, FL US

Year: 2007 - Make: Ford - Model: F-150 - Engine:  4.6-liter V-8

The Generator was installed in the left side of the front bumper, we did a stainless steel bracket that served the purpose of a mounting bracket and ground. The unit is very steady and in a good position for when it needs to be serviced. The was also mounted in the left side right above the  Generator with a custom bracket that it keeps it away from the frame for easy access for refills, it is also very close to the air intake where the injection port was installed so that the gas gets to the intake very fast. Owner is currently testing the system, no report on has been received just yet.

Vehicle Info:

Owner: Willard - City: Mebane, NC US

Year: 2000 - Make: Honda - Model: Odyssey - Engine:  3.5-liter V-6

The Generator was installed in front of the radiator behind the front bumper. The unit is very steady and in a good location, he also made a loop in the hose that comes from the to the generator (the return hose) for the draining of the unit for when it needs to be serviced. The was mounted in front of the engine very easy for refills; and finally the injection port was located close to the air filter case.

Notice how Willard is using a generator controller, a very important add-on. Willard is able to determine when to add electrolyze or just plain destilled water therefore controlling the unit consumption of his generator, he can also determine when to service the unit.

Owner is currently testing the system; no report on has been received just yet.
